Kenyon, circa 1880 at Iowa.1 Catherine (Kate) Hunt appeared on the census of 1880 at Rudd, Floyd County, Iowa; HUNT, Kate; Other, Female, Single, White, Age 20, Born in Ireland, Both parents born in Ireland.4 As of circa 1880,her married name was Kenyon (Hunt). She married George C. Carrison, son of William C. Carrison and Sarah Tibbett, on 26 August 1886 at Rutland, Dane County, Wisconsin.1,5 As of 26 August 1886,her married name was Carrison (Hunt). Catherine (Kate) Hunt appeared on the census of 21 April 1910 at Rutland township, Dane County, Wisconsin; CARLISON (sic), Katherine; Mother, Female, White, Age 48, Widow, 3 children, 1 living child, Born in Ireland, Both parents born in Ireland, Occupation - Own Income, Can read and write.6 She Aunt Katie HUNT KENYON CARRISON raised her grandsons, Byron Kenyon who was 8 and Coryden Kenyon who was 6 yrs old when their mother died. in November 1917.7 She appeared on the census of 20 March 1920 at Rutland Township, Dane County, Wisconsin; Carrison, Katherine; Mother; Female; White; Age 56, Widow; Naturalized; born in Ireland, parents both born in Ireland; at home.8 She died on 17 June 1949 at at the home of her son, C.V.
